Welcome to The Lodge

Come and relax - The Lodge is a peaceful homestead on over 6 hectares of private land here on the Gold Coast. Available for short and long stays, The Lodge is grand, open, and offers easy living with multiple living, dining and functional spaces for the larger family or group bookings.

This home is truly magnificent with multiple living and plenty of bedrooms to sleep 10 - call us about special corporate events.

The homestead itself is single level and is centrally positioned on the grounds so all round privacy is guaranteed. Bookings will have access to the inner gardens and whilst the outer paddocks are manicured, these are not currently included as part of the booking unless by prior arrangement. There is a dam on site so please note that children must be supervised at all times in this area.

The wonderful floor plan makes for that extra special group experience - it has formal and informal living, lounge and bars area and well as a choice of dining. The formal lounge features an open fireplace that can be used during the cooler months here on the Gold Coast and the corporate dining area is magnificent with a separate seating area as well as a built in bar.

Outside there are equally generous spaces - there are multiple seating areas including pool side. The wrap around balcony is an entertainers delight with built in BBQ and plenty of bench space for those wonderful gatherings with family and friends. A number of the bedrooms also have access to the balconies enhancing the sense of peace and tranquility.

The bedroom configurations will currently sleep 10 comfortably - 2 Kings, 2 Queens and 2 King Singles. If additional beds/bedding is required please send an enquiry.

The entrance to this property is grand and provides a remote gate behind which the sweeping drive will take guests directly to the undercover porch area by the front door. Here plenty of cars can be parked in this undercover and surrounding areas close to the house.

* Please note that there is a separate private dwelling on the property with permanent residents in situ which is independent of this booking. There is currently no access to the separate "granny flat" and the large sheds - these may be offered as extensions for special events upon request. There is a trampoline within the pool area - guests use at their own risk. The pool does not have heating and the spa area within the pool is non operational. There is a dam on site with NO access allowed- children must be supervised at all times and every guest stays at their own risk at all times. This dam is an enclosed area with lots of bird wild life so guests need to be prepared for this environment. This is a rural property and various small wild life can be found on the premises at all times. TV is free to air and Netflix is offered*

In the event that bookings are for an extended stay - eg longer than 7 days - we can provide extra housekeeping services/change of linen service but additional fees will apply.

Wherever possible we will provide a "Meet and Greet" service - where we are unable we will provide an easy check in process via your email

    When I booked this house, I was purely attracted by the pictures. Such a large garden is very rare, and they were offering a special price for the new listing. It's much more cost-effective than renting an apartment, so I didn't have many other expectations. However, when we arrived, we were truly shocked. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures, and the value for money is incredible. It's like a paradise in the Gold Coast city! It's unbelievable to find such a large estate in such a convenient location. The garden is bigger than a soccer field and has its own lake. The house has a very classical decoration, the rooms are spacious, the kitchen is very usable, the master bedroom has a huge bathroom and even a sauna. Taking a stroll in our own garden after meals is enough, no need to go out. Our family is very satisfied with this vacation, and we will definitely find time to stay here again in the future.
