This light inspired villa is in the very heart of the Gold Coast - exclusive Chevron Island - walk to the beach, local cafes, hotels and boutiques. This is one of just 2 private duplexes - it is bright and has open plan living spaces and can sleep 7. The whole family can just relax and become embedded in all things Gold Coast - beach, sun and outside living all year round.

There are 2 private duplexes with access to a communal garden that includes a BBQ and patio area - there is plenty of seating for great outside entertaining.

Inside there the plenty of living spaces - the main living areas are welcoming, bright and open. The dining area is a unique corner diner with separate chairs next to the main lounge making the most of the well designed living space. There is a large fully equipped kitchen with everything the chef of the family can enjoy and we can offer a welcome catering package to get your trip off to a great start with the basics in the fridge. .....just call us directly to find out more.

The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom - this is light and open and provides lots of space.

The second bedroom has a king bed.

The third bedroom has a bunk configuration that can sleep 3 - one on the top and 2 on the bottom.

There is also an option for a portable cot to be set up for the little one - please contact us direct to organise - an additional charge will apply.

We can offer insights into what's happening any time in our beautiful city - including assisting you to organise Theme Park passes, Surf Lessons, or other great attractions such as Jet Boat rides (we will obtain discounted local rates wherever available) .

Wherever possible we will provide a "Meet and Greet" service - where we are unable we will provide an easy check in process via your email
